This right applies only to private individuals purchasing for personal use, not to businesses. If you purchased as a business, for example under a company name or with a VAT ID, no statutory right of withdrawal applies to your order.

If you purchased as a private individual, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Please note that our Signature Series and Made For You items are custom manufactured to your specifications and are therefore excluded from this right under Section 18(1)(3) of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG).
