From early on, Nicole’s career took her into a demanding consulting environment, where she had the privilege of learning from exceptional people. Curiosity, a keen eye for observation, and a desire to truly understand connections made learning a natural part of her flow of work from the very beginning.
Nicole firmly believes that breaking through leadership clichés and generational conflicts doesn’t require another workshop, but it requires a wake-up call. “Leadership is something special. A leadership role is not a position to be managed. It must contain a passion for people and their growth. That is the change we need.”
