Let’s C.A.M.P > Celebrate A Mega Party

Inspired by the popular TV show “I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!”, this event featured ultra-creative decorations that mirrored the adventurous spirit of the show, creating an engaging and fun-filled atmosphere.

The entire 1500m2 event location was converted into a jungle with thousands of real plants, waterfalls, a suspension bridge, a raised stand and jungle-inspired audio effects to round off the real jungle feeling.

Whereas the concept of the reality TV show required people live in the jungle and take part in a number of unpleasant tests, IP Österreich’s event guests were invited to participate in some fun challenges like running through a waterfall, fishing for hidden treasures or eating unidentifiable (but surely unharmful and delicious) food.

Each of these gaming stations presented the opportunity to collect points which were recorded via NFC wristbands and added up to a total high score. This system presented a very fun and easy way to collect points and participants strived to win the competition. The wristbands functioned as digital assistants as well as lucky charms.

All Eyes On The Check-In

Every big event night starts with the arrival and registration of guests. This can be a daunting task unless you have smart and efficient tools to handle this responsibility. Our concept enables an efficient check-in of event guests with the help of event software while at the same time personalizing each wristband for later digital gaming activities.

Entertainment Extravaganza

Guests discovered gaming stations throughout the venue, where active participation was rewarded and digitally recorded via the NFC wristbands. The highlight was the crowning of the jungle king, who impressively ran under a waterfall 70 times, earning recognition and an award at the end of the night for his enthusiastic efforts.
